BOARD MEETING MINUTES Tuesday, February 2, 1999

Board members met in the Board meeting room at the Grandview Heights Library.

The meeting was called to order at 7:00 p.m.

MINUTES: Minutes from the January 5 meeting were reviewed, and were approved.

TREASURER'S REPORT: The treasurer updated the Board of the prior month's account activity.

OLD BUSINESS:

• President Keller reviewed a handout regarding the GH/MCHS Spring '99 Bus Trip.
• Current membership status was discussed.
• Subcommittees were discussed related to upcoming board activities:
1. WRITING GH/MC HISTORY
2. TECHNOLOGY
3. MEMBERSHIP
4. NEWSLETTER
5. OHIO 2003
6. HOME TOUR

• The Bank Block display cases status was discussed.
• An update was given on the GH/MCHS website progress.

NEW BUSINESS:

• A discussion of the process for the writing of the GH/MC History took place.
• The board discussed a display using old photos from our archives that would be used as part of our 25th Anniversary Celebration program at the Annual Meeting in September.
• President Keller solicited those present for ideas of a new Board Member.

ADJOURNMENT: The meeting adjourned at 8:30 p.m. The next Board meeting will be held on Tuesday evening, March 2, 1999 at 7:00 p.m at the GH/MCHS Board Room of the Grandview Library.
