Honorariums: Discussion was held on establishing a policy to have in place for future situations when we are approached for either members' volunteer time or use of the Society's materials. This is particularly relevant when an "outside" organization receives monetary compensation for the work we have done. It was suggested that we initially poll other active local historical societies as a starting place.

Marble Cliff Concert:
Franklin County Bicentennial: Terry spent 20 hours during the celebration manning our table. Many school groups attended and he made contacts with other local historical groups. He will follow through with obtaining copies of several important photos displayed that would be important to our collections. And, we may have pictures of the Marble Cliff Station that would be of interest to one person. Also 6 of our publications were sold.

OLD BUSINESS:
Tracy reminded us to keep thinking of community members who may be interested in serving on our Board. At this time we have one open position.
