The home of Eugene Gray. The designs for
this home were originally done by Frank Packard for
Colonel Freeman, but were sold to Gray after Freeman delayed the construction of his home. Mrs.
Gray was the owner of Mrs. Eugene Gray, a prestigious downtown Columbus Women's Apparel
store. A 1938 ad for her store is shown below.
