2025 Tour of Homes
On October 5, our Tour will showcase historically-significant and beautifully-decorated homes from the early to mid-20th century in Grandview Heights and Marble Cliff. Plan now to enjoy a beautiful Fall Sunday afternoon walking through these two unique neighborhoods and some of their most notable homes. Attendees will see interior and outdoor living spaces of all homes and receive a tour brochure with home biographies. An art scavenger hunt, hosted by the Ohio Craft Museum, will feature locally-crafted art and a prize drawing. This tour is only held every three years so don't miss out!
A VIP Event will immediately precede the tour and include brunch and a signature cocktail at the City of Grandview Height's newest event venue, along with an hour of early access to tour homes (VIP ticket holders only). VIP tickets are limited.
General tour tickets can be purchased in advance until 10 a.m. on Saturday, October 4. On tour Sunday, October 5, general tour tickets can be purchased in person at the tour registration desk at the Grandview Heights Public Library, 1685 W. First Avenue. Tickets will not be sold at tour homes on the day of the tour. Children 12 and older are welcome to attend; all tour attendees regardless of age must have a ticket.
